Re-financing of two Aruba registered aircraft

The re-financing of two Aruba registered aircraft was completed, in which AMDC Law acted as transaction counsel. The aircraft in the portfolio of a renowned leasing company where re-financed by a consortium of banks, led by the London branch of a major United States bank.
AMDC Law advised amongst others on corporate matters, loan documents, securities and other transaction documents from an Aruban law perspective and issued legal opinions in connection therewith.
